Reservation Policies
Deposits and Payments
- For single day reservations, the full amount is required at booking time.
- For week or weekend reservations, a 50% payment is required at check-in time.
- Payment in full is due upon Check-in..
Cancellations
- $25.00 non-refundable cancellation fee
- 100% of deposit is non-refundable for cancellations less than 14 days in Season. 7 days off Season.
- Early checkouts will be charged for the day they are leaving.
All reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes.
