Reservation Policies
Deposits and Payments
For single day reservations, the full amount is required at booking time.
For week or weekend reservations, a 50% payment is required at booking time, and the balance is due upon Check-in.
A $25.00 administrative fee is charged for all changes to existing reservations.
Cancellations
The minimum cancellation fee is $25.00.
100% of the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations less than 14 days in Season.
Early checkouts will be charged for the day they are leaving.
All reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes.
